A retreat is not meant to escape life nor is it a vacation. A retreat is a reminder for life not to escape you as you reconnect to your true essence!
Give yourself the gift of a retreat away from your daily routine and embrace moments of self-discovery, adventure, and stillness as you enter the city of Eternal Spring in South America.
We've designed this journey knowing that we are all different yet seek a common path of connecting to our Sacred Selves. You will be recognized, accepted, and loved within a compassionate and supportive trauma-informed group.
For 10 days you'll explore vibrant traditions, savor healing foods, and immerse in sacred ceremony. Each day you'll experience, energy healing, guided movement, and connection with a heart-led community all held within the rhythm of the land and spirit of Colombia.
The experience is guided by people who call Medellin home and want you to see it from their eyes.
Whether you're craving connection with like minded people, a spiritual awakening without substances, or the thrill of a new adventure in a safe, soulful container this retreat will meet you where you are and carry you home to yourself.
Traveling to Medellin with Mariposas Holistic Retreat y amigos (and friends) offers a window to see and understand other truths and a mirror to know more about yourself.
