No Refund Policy
Due to the limited number of spots available and the planning required to
ensure a high-quality experience for all participants, we have a strict no refund policy.
Once your registration is confirmed, we are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations,
regardless of the circumstances.
Ticket Transfer Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, preventing you from
attending the retreat. In such cases, you have the option to transfer your ticket to another
individual. Please note the following conditions for ticket transfers:
1. Notification: You must notify us in writing at least 14 days prior to the retreat start
date to initiate a ticket transfer. Please include the full name and contact information
of the individual to whom you wish to transfer your ticket.
2. Approval: All ticket transfers are subject to approval by the retreat organizers. We reserve the
right to deny a transfer if the individual does not meet the retreat's participant criteria.
3. Finalization: Once the transfer is approved and the fee is paid, the new participant will
receive a confirmation email with all necessary retreat information.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policy, which helps us maintain
the integrity and quality of our retreat experience.
